We've been independent and single-owner since 1993. For over three decades, the thing that kept the doors open wasn't just the coffee — it was a community built on positivity, respect, and trying to leave every day a little better than we found it.
Chapter One
Cambridge · '93–2019
BeanTowne started as a neighborhood coffee house in Cambridge, Massachusetts — a place where regulars had their own mugs and the staff knew your order before you reached the counter.
Chapter Two
Hampstead · '06–Now!
In 2006 we put down roots in Hampstead, New Hampshire — and we've been the town's living room ever since. Same values, same kitchen-made food, same goal: be the best part of your morning.
